Important announcements to Current Semester Students

 Students are informed to do the following, before the commencement of Semester Exams

1. If College id is missing, apply for the same at college office immediately and get the college ID card at the earliest possible

2 Students who had taken long leave should submit the leave letter along with the medical certificate if any to the class advisor, so that if there is any attendance shortage we could immediately send the Medical certificate to the University and solve the issue at the earliest

3 Students who had gone for sports also, check their attendance and give the appropriate OD form. PD sir will be busy with his daughter's marriage next week, so do submit the OD forms outstanding if any at the earliest possible. 

4. Have atleast 2 or 3 passpost size photos with you during the exams.

5. Do check the requirement for the exam and purchase if any (like calculator, scale etc). No borrowings allowed inside exam hall.

6. Half sleeves are recommended while writing the exams. If full sleeves, it should not be folded throughout the exam duration. So plan accordingly.

7. Have a transparent water bottle if you wish to carry it during exams.

8. Pay any dues outstanding with college / hostel.

Attention Passed candidates in Revaluation Result

 Revaluation passed Students, those who have paid the fees and Registered for Exams yesterday at Exam cell are informed to write a letter to Principal, stating that you have passed in the Subject (name and Code) in the revaluation result declared yesterday and request for refund for the subject. Get signature from Exam cell incharge, the principal and submit the same at Cash counter to get the refund. It is instructed to get the refund on or before 18/11/2022

Revaluation Result published

 The Revaluation result of all sem except 8th Sem has been published. Since the web portal is not responding we couldnt download the results of Revaluation. It will be updated whenever the web portal traffic is minimized.

Clarifications

 Representatives are informed to take a nominal roll and write on the top that "I have personally verified my Registration Preview form for Nov/Dec 2022 Examination and found to be correct by all means" and get signature from each and every student of your class. 

Further, it is noted today that many of the students are not seeing the blogs (both irttexamcell and latestnewsannauniversity.blogspot.com). We have also intimated in yesterdays post. All your queries were already answered either in these two blogs. 

Students are further advised to pay the fees as specified in their Registration Preview (including 7.5% quota students)

Documents required while registering for examination

 List of documents required while registering for examination at Exam Cell

1. Certification that the candidate had checked their Registration Preview form personally and there is no issues. (in case of bulk registration for a class, every candidate signature in the nominal roll having the above statement is enough). For passed out arrear candidates, certification as said above is necessary, given as a separate letter.

2. Registration Fee receipt pertaining to the total amount given in the Registration Preview (internal exam fees extra for Regular candidates). 

3. College ID card (for regular students) / Any Govt issued ID card for passed out arrear candidates.

4. Do carry pen for acknowledging after Registration. Sorry to say as many students are coming to exam cell without carrying pen

Nov/Dec 2022 Exam Registration opens from Nov 15, 2022

 Nov/Dec 2022 Exam Registration is starts from 15/11/2022. The Registration preview is being downloaded. It will be posted in this blog Branch wise and semester wise whenever it is downloaded. Each and every students has to check their Registration Preview form and report any issues at the earliest. 

The Class Representatives are informed to check whether the payment made for the class tallies with the subjects in the Registration Preview. If any of the student need to pay, do bring those receipts so as to register for them. 

Arrear students (passed out) are instructed to better come in person for online Registration as there were some worst incidents happened in the past. Registration Preview will be posted shortly. 

Do complete the Registration by 17/11/2022 as web portal may not respond on 18/11/22 as huge Registration will be expected on 18/11/22. 

Students with College / Hostel / Mess dues are instructed to pay the outstanding dues at the college office before paying the exam fees and subsequent registration.

Revaluation - Apply on or before 27/10/2022 - 1 PM

                   Students (Except 8th sem UG) can apply for Revaluation for Apr/May 2022 Examination at Exam cell on or before 27/10/2022. Do write your subject code, name of the subject and faculty code & name of the faculty who had evaluated the answer script at the backside of fee receipt. Students are advised to contact Dr. V. Exam Fees payment notification

 Students are informed to pay Nov/Dec 2022 Exam fees on or before 28/10/2022. Students can handover the exam fees to the Class Representatives. Class Representatives are informed to fix a date to collect the exam fees from their class mates and collect on that date. The representative may pay the fees on the same day at the office counter. The internal exam fee of Rs.150/- is to be paid in addition, along with the Exam fees. 

Revaluation fee payment intimation is not received from University so far (as on 21/10/2022 - 11.30 AM). We will intimate in this blog whenever received from the University.

Important instructions for Apr/May 2022 Examination

 1. Wearing Mask is compulsory. No student will be permitted inside the exam hall. 

2. Seating arrangement for the Exam date and session will be posted in this blog at 7.30 AM and 11.30 AM for FN & AN Sessions respectively

3. Seating arrangement will be given as link. Click the link and verify your seating allotment.

4. Any discrepancies in the seating allotment, bring to the notice of the exam cell.

5. Answer booklet instruction can be viewed in the following link https://latestnewsannauniversity.blogspot.com/2022/03/anna-university-i-year-theory-exam.html

6. Avoid Full sleeve shirts. If you are wearing full sleeve shirts, you should not fold the cuffs throught the exam.

7.Students are instructed to keep their bags near the steps only. No bag should be kept in the corridor

8. No whitener will be supplied. So write all the details very carefully. All the data required will be in the hall ticket and in the question paper

9. Verify whether you have received the correct question paper code and subject.

10. Read and adhere to the instructions given at the back of the hall ticket and in the second page of answer sheet.

11. Hall ticket, College ID card Face mask are mandatory for Examination.

12. No Candidates will be allowed after the commencement of Examination. Students are advised to be present in the exam hall at least 10 minutes before the commencement of the exam

13. Answer scripts will be distributed 10 min before the commencement of exam and Question paper will be distributed 5 min before the commencement of exam to those students present inside the exam hall

14. Check your answer scripts for any damages, whether all pages are present etc before writing the register number. Informing of damaged answer sheet at later stage, will create serious issue.

15. Write the college name as given in the hall ticket. 

16. Strike out the unused pages diagonally using pen in the answer sheet. Also strike out unused space if any spaces in between your an

17. Do not alter the No.of pages used. if altered get the attestation from the hall superintendent otherwise your paper will not be valued.

18. Put the tick mark for the answered questions both in front and back of the answer script

19. Do not write your name, college or any other identification mark in any of the pages (except first page) of the answer script.

20. List of actions for malpractice is posted at the notice board of Exam cell. Students are instructed to note it down.

21. Malpractice in any form will be booked

22. Use only the permitted calculators posted at irttexamcell.blogspot.com (use search option to view the details)

23.Data books will be supplied only if it is specified in the question paper.

24. Inform if you need any graph sheet or drawing sheet for the subject, to the hall invigilator immediately after reviewing your question paper.

25. It is recommended to bring a transparent water bottle to the halls on your own.

26. No electronic gadgets, Bluetooth devices, pouches or mobile phones are allowed inside the exam hall. It is also not permitted to keep inside the hall even in switched off condition.

27. Except Reg no nothing should be written in the question paper. use rough column in the answer sheet for any calculations

28. Check name and other data in the hall ticket and inform if there is any correction immediately.

29. If the hall ticket is missing for the first time, write a letter, get signature from HoD / Class advisor, and pay Rs. 100/- towards issue of duplicate hall ticket at college cash counter and submit the receipt and letternat exam cell. Duplicate Hall ticket will be issued after the dispatch of Question papers to the halls from Exam cell.

30. If the hall ticket is missed for the second time, duplicate hall ticket will be issued only on the concurrence from the University.

31. If any students have missed College ID card, write the details of ID card, paste a passport size photo and get attestation from the Principal. Always keep a passport size photo along with you.

32.Look for the complete register no for the seating in the door slip. Reg No will be followed by seat no in the door slip

33.Students are advised to keep their belongings only in the steps (not in the corridor adjacent to class) and College is not responsible for any loss to your belongings

34. Keep your hall ticket safe till you complete your degree.

35. Keep your question paper safe as it will be needed if revaluation procedure is opted. No copy of the question paper will be retained at exam cell or zonal office.

36.Trust only the information received in irttexamcell.blogspot.com or latestnewsannauniversity.blogspot.com. 

37. The data book should be received from Hall superintendent after entering the data book number and return the same to Hall superintendent. Any damage or non-receipt of data book will attract fine from the student, who used the book latest. So, inform the hall superintendent if there is any damage in the data book as soon as you received the data book.

First Year Students - Payment of Exam Fees

 First year students are instructed to pay the Exam fees as per the Registration Preview (Available with I year Coordinator) on or before 7/7/2022. The students may handover the exam fees to the Class advisor concerned and they will pay the exam fees as a whole for the class at the college office. 

Student who have applied for the Photocopy are also instructed to pay the Exam fees as of now. The Hall ticket will be generated only if the college pays the exam fees to the University. Failing to pay the fees on or before the due date, your exams will not be registered.

Additional Instructions - Apr/May 2022 Exam

 1. Students are instructed to check the availability of data book at Exam cell on the day before the date of Exam and keep those data books separately in the exam cell. Any 2 volunteers from the class come and complete the same.

2. Student volunteers from each exam hall (after seeing the seating allotment) can get the data book from Exam cell and distribute at their hall on the day of exam and collect the same and return to the exam cell after completing the exam

4.Students are instructed to keep their bags near the steps only. No bag should be kept in the corridor

5.Check all pages in the answer sheet, before writing the Register Number and also check for damages in the answer sheet.

Special Arrear students - Hall ticket issue

 The Students who had exhausted their maximum period of study (Special arrear students) can get their hall tickets at our Institution from 21/6/2022 on all working days between 10 AM to 12 Pm and between 2 Pm to 4 PM. Please bring your aadhar card and passport size photo, pen while coming to receive the hall ticket. 

Many of the hall tickets are without photo. The candidate in this case, should get the attestation from Govt officers not below Grade B rank. So it is better to get the hall ticket at least a day before the exam.

Also please read the instruction posted in this blog for regular students. Apart from this, Special arrear students should bring any original Govt issued ID card (PAN, driving license, passport, voter id card etc.). Xerox copies of the ID card is not accepted during examination.

Instruction to the regular candidates for Apr/May 2022 Examination

 1. Hall ticket, College ID card Face mask are mandatory for Examination.

2. Students are instructed to submit any Medical Certificate to the class advisor immediately

4. Answer scripts will be distributed 10 min before the commencement of exam and Question paper will be distributed 5 min before the commencement of exam to those students present inside the exam hall

5. Check your answer scripts for any damages, whether all pages are present etc before writing the register number. Informing of damaged answer sheet at later stage, will create serious issue.

6. No whitener is allowed. So write the register no with at most care

7. Write the college name as given in the hall ticket. (So far, the name is not reflected in hall ticket)

8. Strike out the unused pages diagonally using pen in the answer sheet

9. Do not alter the No.of pages used. if altered get the attestation from the hall superintendent otherwise your paper will not be valued.

10. Put the tick mark for the answered questions both in front and back of the answer script

11. Do not write your name, college or any other identification mark in any of the pages (except first page) of the answer script.

12. List of actions for malpractice is posted at the notice board of Exam cell. Students are instructed to note it down.

13. Malpractice in any form will be booked

14. Use only the permitted calculators posted at irttexamcell.blogspot.com (use search option to view the details)

15.Data books will be supplied only if it is specified in the question paper.

16. Inform if you need any graph sheet or drawing sheet for the subject, to the hall invigilator immediately after reviewing your question paper.

17. It is recommended to bring a transparent water bottle to the halls on your own.

18. No electronic gadgets, Bluetooth devices, pouches or mobile phones are allowed inside the exam hall. It is also not permitted to keep inside the hall even in switched off condition.

19. Except Reg no nothing should be written in the question paper. use rough column in the answer sheet for any calculations

20. Check name and other data in the hall ticket and inform if there is any correction immediately.

21. If the hall ticket is missing for the first time, student can pay Rs. 100/- towards issue of duplicate hall ticket at college cash counter and submit the receipt at exam cell. Duplicate Hall ticket will be issued after the dispatch of Question papers to the halls from Exam cell.

22. If the hall ticket is missed for the second time, duplicate hall ticket will be issued only on the concurrence from the University.

23. If any students have missed College ID card, write the details of ID card, paste a passport size photo and get attestation from the Principal.

24.Look for the complete register no for the seating in the door slip. Reg No will be followed by seat no in the door slip

25.Students are advised to keep their belongings in the steps and College is not responsible for any loss to your belongings

26.It is recommended to wear half sleeve shirt for male candidates. If full sleeve shirt, there should not be any folded cuffs throughout the examination period.

27. Keep your hall ticket safe till you complete your degree.

28. Keep your question paper safe as it will be needed if revaluation procedure is opted. No copy of the question paper will be retained at exam cell or zonal office.

29.Trust only the information received in irttexamcell.blogspot.com or latestnewsannauniversity.blogspot.com.

30.The hall allocation will be posted at irttexamcell.blogspot.com at 7.30 AM for FN session and at 11.30 AM for AN Session.

31. The data book should be received from Hall superintendent after entering the data book number and return the same to Hall superintendent. Any damage or non-receipt of data book will attract fine from the student, who used the book latest. So, inform the hall superintendent if there is any damage in the data book as soon as you received the data book.

32. Final year students are instructed to handover soft copy of the passport size photo (20Kb, light background color) to the class advisor, for degree certificate photo.

Exam fees payment - Apr/May 2022 Exams - Circular likely to be released by 9/5/2022

 The Exam cell will likely to release circular for Exam fees payment for Apr/May 2022 Examination by 9/5/2022. The second and Third year students are instructed to be prepare to handover the exam fees to the class representative and class representative can pay at college office. Anna University is likely to revise the Mark sheet & degree certificate fees. Once it is known, a separate circular for Final year students will be issued.  Similarly, a separate intimation will be given to Result with held students to pay their exam fees after their enquiry at Anna University is completed. 

Note: The students should have cleared any college / Hostel / previous month mess dues for accepting the Exam fees payment

Instruction regarding exams for I year Students

 1. Regularly do visit irttexamcell.blogspot.com / latestnewsannauniversity.blogspot.com. Make other students also to visit. Don’t forward.

2. Malpractice in any form will be certainly booked.

3. If Hall ticket is missing, write a letter, get signature from HOD and pay the fine of Rs.100 at college cash counter to issue duplicate hall ticket. Hall ticket will be issued only after dispatching answer sheets & question paper to the exam halls. Duplicate hall ticket will be issued only once and in case of second time, the candidate has to get it from the university directly,

4. Borrowing things like calculator, pen, pencil, scale etc are not permitted inside the exam hall.

5. If you miss your college ID card, get the duplicate ID card by pasting your recent passport size photograph and get attestation from our Principal

6. Before contacting exam cell do ensure that your problem are not addressed in the blog / notice board. Wear ID card and bring pen compulsorily while coming to Exam cell

7. Avoid bringing cell phones / purses or any other costly belongings during examination – as you may keep everything outside the Exam Hall – Missing of belongings may happen. The college or Exam cell is not responsible for any thing goes missing

8. Dont write anything in the question paper / hall ticket. It will be considered as malpractice. for any calculations use rough work page in the answer sheet.

9. Mobile phones, purses or any Bluetooth gadgets are strictly not allowed inside the exam hall.

10. College is not responsible for any material (ex calculator) left in the hall after examination. Make sure that you are not leaving anything in exam cell

11. The hall allocation information will be posted at irttexamcell blog at 7.30 AM. Please don’t rely on other person regarding hall allocation or any other information related to exams.

12. Students are advised to carry water bottle (Transparent / silver). Students will not be allowed to go to rest rooms during exam hours. So plan your water intake accordingly.

13. Students are recommended to wear half sleeve shirts and in case of full sleeve shirts, avoid folded cuffs. Pants with too many packets are not allowed

14. Don’t keep your bags and books in corridor. It should be kept in steps or away from the corridor

15. Please write the register no, subject code & subject name correctly. If written anywhere else in answer paper it is considered as malpractice, fined and need to send fine as DD to university

16. Physically challenged will be given extra minutes – prior permission is required

17. Look for complete register no while referring for seating arrangement pasted at the door of the exam hall

18. Check the answer sheets for damages and report immediately. Reporting at later stage will not be fruitful.

19. Any graphs/ drawing sheets required – please ask before the end of first 30 minutes after receiving question paper

20. Please check the subject code with your hall ticket and with the question paper received before answering.

21. ID card and hall ticket are compulsary for appearing for examination. 

22. Check your spelling, DOB, spacing in your hall ticket and report immediately

23. Report to the exam cell if there is a name change.

24. Keep the University Exam Question papers safe. Neither Exam cell nor Zonal office will

retain the question paper after the exams are over.

25.Keep your hall tickets safe till you complete your degree

Post / Courier to our college will be delivered only after local body results

 Our College is the counting center for the Local body elections 2022. Hence the college is taken over by Election officials. So the posts / Couriers will be permitted inside the college only after the counting is over (i.e, from Wednesday).  Hence students are advised not to worry if there is no deliver message of your posts till Wednesday. 

However there is no restrictions for the students to post the answer sheets. All your answer sheets will be delivered by Wednesday at the College.

 We have already instructed that, not to send the answer pdf from the mail id other than that is registered with the Anna University in this blog and through the class advisors. As per the Anna University instruction, those students will be marked absent.

Hard copy posting - Certain Instruction - Reg

 1. Hard copy sent through unpopular couriers have some issues. Some hard copy missed could not be traced. If you have near by post office, it is better to do registered post or speed post.

2. All students are advised to write the regulation on the top right of the cover while posting your answer sheets. Example. Write 2017 if you belong to 2017 regulation, 2013 if you belong to 2013 regulation.

Many students are submitting late

 In spite on repeated instruction, students are submitting post 1 hour after the completion of exams. These students were marked absent. Only if you start the arranging and scanning process at the end of exam timing, students can able to submit answer pdf within the prescribed time limit. 

If you couldn't submit on time, there is high chance that you have to write the arrear exam in offline mode next semester. 

Students were marked absent while they submit answers from the mail id other than the registered mail id with the University. 

Some students were asked to write a explanation letter to Chief superintendent of Examination of our college by the class advisor, . For those students, the attendance will be present or absent based on the decision by the University.

Common mistakes by students today

 1. Start scanning by 12.30 PM / 5.30 PM. Only if it is started by that time, you can complete in time. Many of the students, who failed to submit on time today, have written the exam upto 1 PM. 

2. PDF File naming format is not followed by certain students

3. Those students who send answer pdfs to gmail ids are instructed to use the subject format as given in the guidelines.

4. Do check the mail ids and ensure that you are sending to the correct mail ids that is specified in the Guidelines. 

5.Your pdf should reach us before 1.30 PM / 6.30 PM. Else you will be marked absent. 

6. Do ensure that you are sending actual pdf. Some students have sent Google drive link instead of actual pdf. They were marked absent today. Be careful while using app like adobe scan, as it asks for sending the link or actual pdf. choose the option cautiously.

7. Do read and understand the guidelines given in this blog.

8. One of the student have sent the answer to the mail id given last year. Sometimes the mail ids are auto filled. So ensure one or two times, that you are sending to the correct mail id. 

9. Dont send more than one copy of pdf. It will be considered as malpractice.

10. We are in the position that we could not consider / escalate your grievance when your action which is not specified / against the guidelines given in the blog.

11. Simple Careless mistakes will lead to mark absent for you and hence you need to reappear next time which may not be online. 

12. As it is already instructed, it is your responsibility to identify the area of good network connectivity, mobile data backup. Some students today, says reason like poor network connectivity, failed to recharge data etc., which are not considered to be a good reason at engineering level. 

13. To put simply, we couldnot do any help for your careless mistakes. Please dont call and request. Please avoid asking your parents to make request for consideration for your silly or careless mistakes. We could do based on the University instruction only. 

14. When u finish on time, there is enough time to send the pdf with all the guidelines incorporated. Last time tensions costs you to reappear next semester. Please remember, Think and act wisely.

 

QPs will be received in your mail id / google class room

The Question paper will be sent to email id registered with university / google class room whichever applicable (as given in the Guidelines posted at this blog https://irttexamcell.blogspot.com/2022/01/guidelines-for-online-exam-novdec-2021.html) . You should receive the QP between 9 to 9.30 AM for FN and 2 - 2.30 PM for AN session.

In case of non receipt of QP within the maximum time limit, contact the person as given in the guidelines posted in the link above.

Downloading hall ticket & Email id update - Certain instruction.

 Many students were calling to Exam cell regarding issues in hall ticket downloading. At present the Anna University server is busy. Try to download at later time. Make sure that you download the hall ticket before your first online exam. Exam cell could not help in this regard.

Some students are calling for mail id change. Changing of mail id is to be done at Anna University only. We are directed by Anna University to use the email of the students that is supplied by Anna University only. So students are instructed to contact web portal of Anna University in this regard. Exam cell could not help in this regard

Download hall ticket from student login

 The students are instructed to download the hall ticket from student login. It should be produced whenever asked by CoE office / Zonal office / Exam Cell. Failure to download the hall ticket, from the student login will lead to rejection of answer scripts. It is applicable for all registered students to download hall ticket from student login even if they had already got the hard copy of hall ticket from college

Further it is instructed, students should use their email id registered with the University alone for all communications like submission of papers or any correspondence. Using other email ids cannot be claimed in case of discrepancy. University had already notified the Colleges regarding the email id / Phone Nos of the all the students registered at the centre. 

A detailed instruction for students of our college, regarding the forthcoming online exam process, will be issued by this week end. We need to conduct meeting with all the staff members involved to discuss the difficulties in earlier online process and frame new / updated methods of posting question papers and receiving soft and hard copies on 27/1/22 and detailed instruction will be issued  at least by 29/1/22.

Special Arrear candidates are instructed to contact their home college

 The Special arrear candidates are advised to contact their home college for online exams. The choice of centre chosen stands cancelled for online examination. They need to send all the soft and hard copy of the answer scripts to the home college (or the college directed by home college in case of autonomous / low arrear strength).

For all Special arrear IRTT students, they need to send soft and hard copy of the answer scrips to IRTT and follow the instruction specific to IRTT. It is applicable to the IRTT students, who have chosen some other college as Exam centre,

As per trusted source, there will not online theory exams. As per the latest information, theory exams will be conducted as usual.

Permitted calculators for Anna University Exams & Internal tests

The Scientific calculators that are permitted in the continuous assessment test and end Semester Examinations are as follows:

1. Use of the following calculators in examinations is permitted: Non-Programmable. silent hand held, self-contained, single line display or dual line display calculators.

2. Use of the following calculators in Examinations is prohibited:
a) Programmable calculators are prohibited.: The term "Programmable" includes any calculator that is capable of storing a sequence of keystrokes that can be retrieved after the calculator is turned off or powers itself off.
b)Calculators with any of the following mathematical features are prohibited: Graph plotting, Equation solving, Symbolic Algebraic Manipualation, Numerical Integration, Numerical differentiation and Matrix calculations.
c)Calculators with any of the following facilities are prohibited: Storing and retrieving text, personal organisers, graphical calculators, Data banks, Dictionaries, Thesauruses and language translators, capability of remote communication.

3. The use of prohibited calculators will be considered as malpractice/misconduct. The candidate must clear any stored memory from the calculator, if any. If the calculator is found to have items in the memory, this may be considered academic misconduct. Visual checks will be conducted during examinations by hall invigilators

ANNA UNIVERSITY – SPECIAL ARREAR EXAMINATION – NOV/DEC 2021

INSTRUCTION TO CANDIDATES

1.  Candidates with no photos in their Hall Ticket must paste their recent passport size photo in the Hall ticket issued and to be attested by a Gazetted Officer who is not below the rank of A or B Grade of State or Central Government Services.

 2.  In order to confirm their identity, candidate must bring any one Original, Non-laminated Government Issued ID cards like Aadhar Card, Driving License, PAN card, Voter ID or Passport during their Examinations. Please ensure that the photo and spelling of name exactly matches. Xerox copies, Print out copy (like aadhar) of any ID cards will not be accepted.

 3.  Students will be permitted to write the exam(s) which is/are mentioned in the Hall Ticket only.

 4.  Candidates must follow the instructions printed at the back of the Hall ticket.

 5.  Candidates are instructed to be present in the exam hall 10 minutes prior to the commencement of the examination.  (Morning – 9.50 AM    Afternoon – 1.50 PM).

 6.  No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall after the commencement of examination. (Morning – 10 AM afternoon – 2 PM)

 7.  Under extra ordinary situation candidate will be allowed up to 30 Minutes upon receiving a written permission from Principal/Chief Superintendent

 8.  Candidates are not permitted to keep/use their mobile phones or electronic gadgets inside the examination hall.

 9.  It is the full responsibility of the candidates for their belongings. The college or the staff is not responsible for any kind of loss of belongings

 10.      The list of permitted calculators is already posted in the irtt exam cell blog. Kindly adhere to it.

11.      If you miss the hall ticket, a fine of Rs. 100/- should be paid at the college office for issuing duplicate hall ticket and produce the receipt along with a letter requesting duplicate hall ticket at the Exam Cell. The duplicate hall ticket will be issued only once. If duplicate hall ticket is requested for the second time and thereafter candidate must approach Anna University, Chennai only.

 12.      Data books if any will be permitted only if it is mentioned in the question paper. Only publisher printed copy of the data book will be permitted.

 13.      Please intimate the exam cell, whether any of your subjects need any graph / Drawing sheets / any other materials - while receiving your hall ticket.

 14.      All guidelines issued to the regular students will apply to the candidates also while writing your examination.

 15.      The Hall Allocation Will be posted in the exam cell blog at 8.00 a.m for FN session and 12.00 p.m for AN session on the date of exam.

16.      Malpractice cases in any form if any, will be booked certainly.

 17.      The last date for receiving the Hall Ticket is 12.01.2022. (Only on working Days, Saturday & Sunday are holidays.) Normally, requesting hall ticket on the date of exam will not be entertained. There are certain procedures for special arrear candidates, and candidates are thus advised not to request the hall tickets at the last minute to avoid unnecessary tension.

 18.      Candidates must bring all those materials (like pen, scale, pencil, eraser, calculator etc) required for the exams on their own. Borrowing inside the exam hall is strictly prohibited.

 19.      Candidates are advised to bring filled up transparent water bottle if required. Candidates will not be allowed to go to rest rooms in the middle of the exams. Do prepare yourself to adhere to the above.
