Online Practical Slot for our College is from 24/12/2020. The students are informed to follow the guidelines below.
1. Mark split up - MCQ - 15 Marks, Lab written materials - 65 Marks, Results - 10, Viva - 10. MCQ will be sent in google class room / google form. you can submit only once. so please ensure & check before submitting.
2. Identify a place in your home / friends / relatives house where you receive continuous internet signal for your laptop / mobile. Please ensure that your internet package lasts for entire 3 hours duration.
3. No internet signal / signal lost cannot be claimed for marks / attendance. No extra time will be given. so plan the place with good internet connectivity in advance.
4. Have sufficient No. of A4 sheets to write the lab procedures etc. All writings should be written in A4 sheet only. So purchase in advance.
5. Write your Register No, lab name & code, date & session in the first page and any other instruction given by internal & external examiners.
6. Camera should be on always.
7. 100 % marks will be awarded by External Examiner. All your queries has to be addressed to examiner. Squad members will also be in the online meeting.
8. You need to scan all the writings and send to the external examiner for evaluation. His/Her mail id will be provided on the date of exam
9. Use Camscanner or similar app to scan the documents and convert into pdf (recommended). Light source should be incident on the document while scanning the document. If your scan document is with low light you may be asked to scan it again and send it.
10. Questions will be allotted randomly and recorded by the external examiner
11. Any kind of malpractice may lead to cancel of all exams in this semester.
12. Do submit your lab records to your faculty incharge (Final year - hard copy, other - scanned copy in pdf format)
13. Representatives can consult the internal examiner and the procedures specific to their lab exam and communicate it to other students in the class. It may avoid confusions.
14. If there is any passed out student, who have lab arrear exams can consult the concerned internal examiner regarding lab record submission or any other procedures.
15. This guidelines may be updated likely. It is recommended to check these guidelines regularly
