Final Year Students - vacating hostel - Reg

 As per Principal's instruction, the final year students are informed to vacate the hostel on or before 31 march 2021. They are asked to contact project coordinator / HoD to plan the project review if any before 31 march

Project Viva Voce - online mode

 The Final year Project Viva voce will be in online mode after April 12. The dates will be informed later. The Students are instructed to prepare soft copy of the manual. The final year students can consult their project coordinator regarding the project review dates and other guidelines.

8th Sem students - Project Viva voce will be completed by 31 March 2021

The final year 8th Sem students will be completing their Project Viva voce before the end of this month. They are adviced to prepare the project report. For further information, they can contact their respective project coordinators.

Meanwhile, for current 8th sem students, arrear labs (for 2,4 sem) will be conducted from 25 to 27 march. Those who had arrear in lab subject in 2 & 4 sem, can contact concerned lab incharges for the session and date.

Registration for exams - payment of college / hostel dues mandatory

 Students are instructed to pay the outstanding college / hostel fees at the earliest. The registration for exams will be opened shortly. Students who had paid the full fees alone will be registered for exams.

G.O released for online class - due to Covid 19

The TN Govt has issued G.O regarding the conduct of online theory classes due to the threat of increasing No.of Covid 19 cases in the state. It is here by instructed that the practical classes should be completed by 31st March 2021. Theory classes may be conducted online from 23/3/2021 with six days working in a week. 

Conduct of University exams may be in online mode for this semester also. Yet we need to receive an official communication from Anna University.

Special Arrear Students Mock Test Notification

 Special Arrear candidates can appear for the mock test in online mode for the forth coming university online  exam on March 23 & 24, 2021 between 9 AM to 6 PM. Do check the login credentials at your student login.

Apr/May 2021 Exam Registration likely in March 3rd week. Pay any college / Hostel dues if any at the earliest

 The Apr/May 2021 Exam Registration likely in March 3rd Week. Final year exams will be likely after Apr 2nd week. In the mean time, the Results of Nov/Dec 2020 Online Examination will be expected any time. The Apr/May 2021 will be offline as of now.

The students who have college / hostel dues will not be allowed to register for the Apr/May 2021 Examination. The dues list is available with Class advisor / Office Accounts Department. The Students are instructed to pay the dues at the earliest. 

Since our college will be taken under the Control of Election Commission of India for the forthcoming Assembly Election 2021, there is a chance of online classes. 

I Sem Practical Examination - Detailed schedule with Register Numbers - Sent to Class advisors

 The I Sem Practical Examination detailed schedule with Registration Numbers has been sent to Class advisors and they are requested to forward to the students group. If any student has not received the information, kindly contact your class advisors regarding the detailed schedule.

Carrying College ID card is mandatory during University Examination, whether it is online / offline. So far Hall Ticket is not generated.
