Will you provide us how many students has submitted mail in Excel sheet as name, reg no, subject name, subject code, time, etc to clarify ourselves.
It is not possible. you can check your sent mail whether u have sent the mail on time with attachment.

There is no name of courier to track ie(professional courier or DTDC courier or sp courier)

Registration number means register number of student?
Sir I attended exam on 1st July (FN) but failed to fill Google form,Is it major problem sir ?
The form doesn't have the date that i had my exam and also the date that posted the hard copy what should i do i cannot summit form
